Event Childcare can provide you with a mobile crèche at any event. A mobile crèche is a specialist service that offers the most flexible childcare for your special event, family party, function, conference or product launch. The concept of a mobile crèche is very popular with families with young children and companies expecting younger guests at their event. A mobile crèche managed by Event Childcare is a great option to ensure peace of mind for parents, who have the knowledge that their children are in safe hands with experienced, handpicked childcare professionals. The mobile crèche always proves to be a popular choice as not only are the children in a safe and fun environment but they offer also the flexibility that parents are able to visit their children at any time.
The Event Childcare team, consisting of experienced wedding and event childcare nannies and nursery nurses will arrive at your event venue and create a wonderful safe, creative and fun environment for children aged 0 – 10 years old. Event Childcare will transform a room into an imaginative haven where children will love to be, which will become the setting of the mobile crèche. Event Childcare will provide a full range of toys, play equipment, and creative activities to keep the children busy at your event or wedding. However, the mobile crèche will also include a chill-out space where the children can calm down during a long day. The mobile crèche will also have a place for the children to have meals and snacks too.
The mobile crèche is usually run for four hours or more. Within this time the children will experience a wide section of activities oragnised by the Event Childcare team, including arts; crafts, music and movement, games, outdoor activities, party games, snacks, free play, story time, and role play. The mobile crèche also includes a wide range of board games, construction activities, baby toys, arts, crafts, puppet theater, Wii, wooden boat, dolls house, garage with cars, stable and horses, bakery and coffee shop, market stall, rose cottage, disco lights, golf, karaoke, DVD’s and soft play. There will be plenty for the children to do at the mobile crèche!
Many clients who are recommended to us, tend to mention a toy or game that has been popular at another event or wedding such as our wooden boat!!
Children over ten years will be considered at the time a mobile crèche is booked, but this is dependent on the staff to child ratio.
Event passes
To create a safe and secure environment for the children, Event Childcare have a check-in service for the mobile crèche. This means parents will need to complete an Event Childcare crèche registration form before the wedding or event with their family details and emergency contacts. Each child will then have one event pass for their family to have access to them. The event Childcare team and event organiser will agree in advance special questions so that only authorised adults can enter the mobile crèche. We find this system works well for all families and gives everyone peace of mind.
